Calculate your export price at any Incoterm — EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF — from your factory cost. Works for sea, air, and road freight to UAE, USA, EU, and beyond.
📖 Incoterms Quick Reference
EXW
Ex Works — Buyer collects from your factory. You bear zero shipping risk. Common for domestic sales, rarely used for international exports.
FCA
Free Carrier — Risk transfers when you hand goods to buyer's carrier at named place. Used for containerised sea/air shipments. Better than FOB for modern container trade.
FOB
Free on Board — Risk transfers when cargo crosses the ship's rail at port of loading. You pay all India-side costs. Most common for Indian manufacturing exports.
CFR
Cost & Freight — You pay freight to destination port, but buyer arranges insurance. Risk transfers at origin port.
CIF
Cost, Insurance & Freight — You pay freight + insurance to destination port. Most buyer-friendly term for first-time international buyers. Common in UAE/Gulf trade.
DDP
Delivered Duty Paid — You take full responsibility until goods arrive at buyer's door, duties paid. Highest risk and cost for seller. Only quote DDP if you have strong logistics partners.
