Where your data lives

Two regions. Your data stays in the one your account is on.

Where: Indian tenants on Supabase in Mumbai (ap-south-1). US and Gulf tenants on the US region. Files on the same region's storage. Backups daily, kept 30 days.
Who can see it: You and the users you invite, by role. FactoryOS support only with your permission, logged. We never contact your buyers and never share enquiry data with anyone, including other tenants.
How you get in: Email and one-time code, or password with 2FA. Enterprise: SSO.
Leaving: Export every enquiry and contact as CSV any time from Settings. Close the account and the portal goes offline the same day; data is deleted after 30 days, sooner on request.
Incidents: If we learn of a breach touching your data, you hear from us within 24 hours.
Payments: Payment card details never touch our servers. Razorpay handles India, Stripe handles the US and GCC.
