Template 4: Multi-Item RFQ
Use a clear table matching buyer's item numbers exactly
Always confirm which items you can supply vs cannot — never leave blanks
Highlight best-value items with a 'Recommended' tag
Include alternative grades if original spec unavailable
Template 5: Follow-Up After No Response (3 days)

Include original quote in email body — don't make them search
Add a specific question: 'Is lead time or price the main factor?'
Offer: 'I can arrange a call at your convenience to discuss further.'
